Insurance cannot be billed for clinical interns. However, we can provide you with a superbill to file for reimbursement from your insurance company.
Insurances Found Therapy Services currently accepts:
- First Choice Health
- Aetna
- United Healthcare
- Regence
- Premera
- Cigna
You may inquire with your insurance regarding out-of-network provider benefits, or we may provide you with a superbill that you may submit for reimbursement to your insurance. It is your responsibility to check what your benefits cover. You can use your HSA to pay for therapy services.
If your insurance is not listed, a sliding scale rate is available in some cases. Please contact us to discuss your options. We don’t want finances to be a barrier to access support.

For any no-show or cancellation less than 24 hours ahead of time, unless it is an emergency, the full session charge will be applied for the missed session.
We accept credit cards for payment, which is due at the time of services.
